MEP Commercial Manager\n\nLocation: London\nType: Full-time / Permanent\nSalary: £85,000 - £95,000 + Benefits\n\nAbout the Role\n\nWe are seeking an experienced MEP Commercial Manager to lead the commercial management of multiple MEP projects. This key role ensures financial performance, contract compliance, and effective risk mitigation across all projects.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nOversee all commercial and contractual aspects of MEP packages.\n\nManage a team of quantity surveyors and commercial support staff.\n\nDevelop project budgets, forecasts, and cashflow reports.\n\nLead subcontract procurement and negotiation processes.\n\nManage change control, variations, and claims efficiently.\n\nReport commercial performance to senior management and clients.\n\nEnsure compliance with contract terms, company policies, and governance standards.\n\nAbout You\n\nYou are a commercially astute MEP professional with extensive experience in contract and financial management.
