Mental Health Case Manager Responsibilities & Duties

Mental Health Case Manager Qualifications & Skills
*Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
*1-2+ years of experience in mental health case management.
*Experience working with diverse populations.
*Advanced knowledge of mental health disorders and treatments.
*Strong crisis intervention skills.
*Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
*1-2+ years of experience in mental health or social services.
*Strong organizational and time-management skills.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
*Knowledge of local community resources and services.
*Understanding of confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
