Job Opportunity: Clinical Lab Technologist Generalist – Winter Garden, FL

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lab Technologist Generalist to join a free-standing emergency clinic in Winter Garden, FL. This is a night shift-only position offering competitive pay and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of diagnostic laboratory tests on patient samples, including blood, urine, and other specimens
• Analyze test results and ensure accuracy and precision
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with medical staff to provide timely diagnostic information
• Adhere to established protocols and maintain proper documentation

Qualifications:

• FL State License (required)
• MT (ASCP) certification (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related field
• Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and protocols
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
