Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Mechanical Trainer with AHU and ventilation experience to join their expert team in York.\n\nIn this role, you will deliver classroom-based and practical training on ventilation systems, air handling units, and associated safety procedures. Full training will be provided to help you transition into a teaching role.

\nThe ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ventilation systems within an NHS or healthcare environment. An F-Gas qualification would be beneficial but is not essential.\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong technical knowledge in ventilation systems to step away from site work and into a stable, people-focused training position.\n\nThe Role:\n\n*Monday to Friday (No shifts or weekend work)\n *Full training provided to become a qualified trainer\n *Delivering training on air handling units, ventilation systems, and mechanical safety\n *Classroom instruction, demonstrations, and learner assessments\n\nThe Person:\n\n*Experience installing, servicing, or commissioning AHUs and ventilation systems\n *NHS or healthcare background \n *F-Gas certification desirable but not essential\n *Looking to move into a training and development role
