Mechanical Technician / Supervisor

A leading company in the healthcare sector is seeking a Mechanical Technician in Greater London to ensure the reliability of critical systems to contribute to patient care.



The Role

As the Mechanical Technician, you’ll:

- Perform routine mechanical maintenance on HVAC systems, boilers, and water systems.

- Conduct emergency repairs to minimise downtime and ensure operational efficiency.

- Clear blockages in plumbing and drainage systems promptly.

- Act as an authorised person, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide emergency support as needed.



You

To be successful in the role of Mechanical Technician, you’ll bring:

- Proven experience in mechanical maintenance, ideally in healthcare.

- Competency in fault finding and repair for HVAC, plumbing, and boilers.

- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.

- Excellent communication skills and a team-orientated attitude.

- A relevant mechanical engineering qualification is desirable.
