Readiness Delivered. Kratos Defense & Security Solutions develops and fields transformative, affordable technology, platforms, and systems for United States Security related customers, allies, and commercial enterprises.   Kratos has an IMMEDIATE opportunity in Orlando, FL for Mechanical Technicians with the following job responsibilities:

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and parts lists.
• Ability to use various hand tools, Calipers, Helicoil insertion tools, Clecos, combination squares, Drills, Taps, safety wire pliers, ratchets, combination wrenches.
• Ability to assemble moderately complex electromechanical assemblies.
• Light fabrication for prototyping.
• Machine experience such as Shear, Press Brake, Manual Milling Machine, or Lathe
• Pipe Bending

******REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and parts lists.
• Ability to use Hand Tools, Calipers and Insertion Tools
• Fabrication experience, butting bending metals, working with fiberglass, tubing
• Ability to assemble and install metal subassemblies into larger assemblies
• To work at this facility, you must be a US Person

Skills and Experience

• 1+ years of mechanical experience
