Pay: $16-$18 an hour

Overview:
Join our client's dynamic manufacturing team as a Shop Helper, where your enthusiasm and dedication will contribute to the seamless operation of their production environment. Shop Helpers to support the mechanical techs with cleaning, prep work, and general shop duties. Excellent opportunity for someone looking to get into industrial/mechanical work.

Job Duties:

• Assist technicians with disassembly and assembly of equipment
• Clean heat exchanger plates, parts, and shop equipment
• Prep materials, tools, and workstations
• Move equipment and parts around the shop (forklift a plus)
• Perform basic tasks like grinding, wire brushing, and parts washing
• Help load/unload trucks and organize inventory

Experience:

• 6+ months of warehouse, shop, or labor experience
• Mechanical experience, interest or willingness to learn
• Comfortable working with tools and in an industrial environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and will be on your feet all day
