Imagine being the cornerstone of our facilities maintenance team, steering maintenance work requests and occasionally taking the lead in ensuring seamless operation of hard floor maintenance schedules. As a Senior Mechanical Maintenance expert, your role is crucial in the facility's operational success.

Essential Functions:

• Receive mechanical service calls, discern their nature, and execute repairs across facilities.
• Install and repair everyday and special office equipment with precision.
• Engage with multiple trades to resolve complex facility issues and drive projects to completion.
• Collaborate with the team to promptly address preventative maintenance orders.
• Monitor and maintain HVAC systems, ensuring reliable operation through preventive maintenance.
• Assist the EHS Coordinator in implementing Hazcom training as per the outlined schedule.
• Conduct routine safety compliance audits and repairs post-inspection as needed.
• Analyze sketches and blueprints to address and solve various project needs. Take on other duties and projects as directed.
• Handle and transport materials weighing up to 50 lbs safely without aid.
• Maintain competence in prolonged physical activities such as standing and bending for repair tasks.

Qualifications Required:

• Completion of High School or equivalent educational background.
• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in CNC machinery or a related manufacturing domain.

Bonus Experience: Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing atmosphere.
