Mechanical Supervisor\n\nWe are currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a long-term commercial project in Oxford . This role involves overseeing mechanical installations on a live site, ensuring minimal disruption while maintaining high standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Supervise mechanical installation teams, including subcontractors\n\n * Ensure compliance with health & safety policies and procedures\n\n * Monitor installation quality and adherence to project specifications\n\n * Coordinate with electrical and other trade supervisors\n\n * Manage daily site activities and ensure programme targets are met\n\n * Conduct inspections and resolve technical issues on-site\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Proven experience in mechanical supervision within commercial construction\n\n * Strong understanding of HVAC, pipework, and mechanical systems\n\n * Experience working in live environments\n\n * Relevant CSCS/Skill card\n\n * Enhanced DBS required\n\n * Ability to lead teams and manage multiple workstreams\n\nTo Apply\n\nPlease upload up to date CV for the role
