Our client is a long-standing and highly respected Heating & Ventilation Engineering business based in Devon. With a strong reputation across the region, they deliver high‑quality mechanical services for projects in healthcare, education, commercial and luxury residential sectors.



They are now seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join their growing team.



The Role



As Mechanical Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. Your responsibilities will include:



Supervising direct labour teams and carefully managing subcontractors

Overseeing Health & Safety on site

Preparing and reviewing Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)

Ensuring works are delivered to specification, on time and within programme requirements

Supporting project delivery and providing strong on‑site leadership

About You



To be successful in this role, you will have:



A strong trade background in mechanical engineering

Solid management and leadership skills

A proven track record in a supervisory position within an established M&E contracting environment

Valid and in‑date SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications

A professional, proactive approach and the ability to build positive working relationships
