Mechanical Supervisor - Data Centres\n\nLocation: Midlands & Home Counties (Site Based)\n Project Values: £25m - £150m\n\nWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to work on major Data Centre projects across the Midlands and Home Counties. The Mechanical Supervisor will be site based and responsible for the day-to-day supervision of mechanical services on complex, high-value schemes.\n\nThis Mechanical Supervisor role is ideal for someone with a strong background working for a main contractor, particularly on projects where mechanical packages are self-delivered. The successful Mechanical Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring mechanical works are delivered safely, to programme, and to the highest quality standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAct as the Mechanical Supervisor for all mechanical installation works on site\n\nSupervise mechanical subcontractors and direct labour as the lead Mechanical Supervisor\n\nEnsure all mechanical works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and programme\n\nMaintain and enforce high standards of health & safety, quality, and housekeeping\n\nCoordinate daily activities with site management, M&E teams, and other trades\n\nMonitor progress, productivity, and resources, reporting to the M&E Manager\n\nSupport testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover of mechanical systems\n\nIdentify and resolve site issues promptly as the responsible Mechanical Supervisor\n\nRequirements\n\nProven experience working as a Mechanical Supervisor on large construction projects\n\nBackground in Data Centre or other mission-critical environments \n\nStrong technical knowledge of mechanical building services including HVAC, pipework, and plant\n\nExperience supervising subcontractors and self-delivered mechanical works\n\nSMSTS or SSSTS certification \n\nStrong communication and leadership skills essential for a Mechanical Supervisor\n\nWhat's on Offer\n\nLong-term opportunity working as a Mechanical Supervisor on major Data Centre projects\n\nCompetitive salary or day rate with benefits\n\nWork with a leading main contractor on complex, high-value schemes\n\nStrong project pipeline across the Midlands and Home Counties
