About the Company
We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a well-established M&E company based in the South West. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a range of high-quality residential and commercial projects, ensuring mechanical installations are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
About the Role
This role involves supervising and coordinating mechanical installations on-site, overseeing subcontractors and direct labour, and ensuring all work is carried out in line with project specifications and health & safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate mechanical installations on-site
- Oversee subcontractors and direct labour
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with project specifications and health & safety regulations
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients
- Manage materials, deliveries, and site logistics
- Maintain accurate site records and reports
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor within the M&E sector
- Strong background in residential and commercial projects
- Valid SSSTS or SMSTS certification (essential)
- Excellent knowledge of mechanical systems and installations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Full UK driving licence
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor within the M&E sector
- Strong background in residential and commercial projects
- Valid SSSTS or SMSTS certification (essential)
- Excellent knowledge of mechanical systems and installations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
