About the Company

We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a well-established M&E company based in the South West. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a range of high-quality residential and commercial projects, ensuring mechanical installations are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

About the Role

This role involves supervising and coordinating mechanical installations on-site, overseeing subcontractors and direct labour, and ensuring all work is carried out in line with project specifications and health & safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical installations on-site
• Oversee subcontractors and direct labour
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with project specifications and health & safety regulations
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients
• Manage materials, deliveries, and site logistics
• Maintain accurate site records and reports

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor within the M&E sector
• Strong background in residential and commercial projects
• Valid SSSTS or SMSTS certification (essential)
• Excellent knowledge of mechanical systems and installations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Full UK driving licence

Required Skills
