Our client is a respected Tier One Contractor, currently seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to join their temporary site services team on prestigious London projects. With a proven history of delivering complex schemes across the residential and commercial sectors, our client has built a reputation for quality, reliability, and excellence in project execution.\n\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the mechanical installation works on-site, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Mechanical Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in high-spec projects.\n\nMechanical Supervisor Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Reporting to and working closely with the Mechanical Project Manager.\n\n * \n\n Supervising and coordinating all on-site mechanical works, including HVAC, plumbing, and public health systems.\n\n * \n\n Ensuring works are carried out in line with project programmes, specifications, and health & safety regulations.\n\n * \n\n Leading and overseeing subcontractors and site operatives to ensure high-quality delivery.\n\n * \n\n Monitoring progress, carrying out inspections, and resolving on-site issues efficiently.\n\n * \n\n Assisting with planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet project milestones.\n\n * \n\n Maintaining accurate site records, reports, and documentation.\n\n * \n\n Supporting the implementation of modern construction methodologies such as BIM and LEAN.\n\n * \n\n Liaising with clients, consultants, and other trades to ensure smooth coordination on-site.\n\n * \n\n Enforcing site safety standards and carrying out toolbox talks.\n\nMechanical Supervisor Requirements:\n\n * \n\n Solid background in mechanical building services installation (HVAC, plumbing, and public health).\n\n * \n\n Previous experience supervising on high-end residential or complex commercial projects.\n\n * \n\n Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage subcontractors and direct labour effectively.\n\n * \n\n Good knowledge of health & safety legislation and site compliance requirements.\n\n * \n\n Excellent communication and organisational skills.\n\n * \n\n Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.\n\n * \n\n Competent with Microsoft Office and relevant project/site reporting tools.\n\n * \n\n Relevant trade qualifications or Mechanical Engineering background (HNC/HND or equivalent advantageous).\n\n * \n\n Proven track record of supervising successful project delivery within budget and programme
