Are you an experienced Mechanical Supervisor looking for a stable, long-term role in the heart of London? We are seeking a skilled and motivated Supervisor to join our Facilities Management (FM) team, working on a prestigious government contract in a static Central London location.

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Location: Static site – Central London
Contract Type: Permanent Role Overview:
As a Supervisor, you will oversee planned and reactive maintenance tasks, lead a small engineering team, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations and client requirements. This is a hands-on supervisory role where your mechanical or electrical expertise will be key in maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of engineers and subcontractors.
Ensure all PPM and reactive works are completed to a high standard.
Maintain health & safety compliance at all times.
Liaise with the client to provide excellent service delivery.
Carry out hands-on mechanical or electrical maintenance as required. Requirements:
Trade Qualification in either Mechanical or Electrical discipline (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).
Previous supervisory or lead engineer experience in FM or building services.
Experience in a static site environment.
Strong knowledge of H&S legislation and compliance.
SC Clearance eligibility – must have a clean criminal record and have lived continuously in the UK for at least 5 years. Why Join Us?
