£60,000 + Vehicle + Fuel Card

Full-Time | Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm



We’re working with one of our valued clients — a successful medium-sized FM (Facilities Management) business with ambitious plans for growth this year — to find a hands-on Mechanical Projects Supervisor to join their team.



The Role

You’ll oversee and deliver a range of mechanical projects across London and Kent, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. This role is ideal for someone who leads from the front — managing teams on-site, liaising with clients, and stepping in on the tools when needed.



Key Responsibilities

Supervising and coordinating mechanical project teams

Managing multiple sites, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations

Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and quality control



*



Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders



*



Providing technical expertise and hands-on support when required



What We’re Looking For

Proven supervisory experience in mechanical services/projects

Strong technical knowledge and a proactive, hands-on approach

Excellent organisational and leadership skills

Full UK driving licence
