An opportunity to work for a medium size company that mainly works on commercial buildings is available.\nOur Client are a well-established air conditioning company that have been in business for over 30 years. They cover the M25 and surrounding counties.\nThe company are now looking for an Advance Fitter/Working Supervisor with experience and qualifications in building services.\nExperience and qualification within the industry is essential along with the ability to be able to work unsupervised and to a high standard.\nJob description:\n * Site based work installing Heating\n * chilled water\n * Hot and Cold Water services\n * Above ground drainage systems within new and refurbished commercial and industrial buildings\n * Initially working closely to one of the company's site supervisors\n * As you progress in the role, you will have your own Projects being part of the site team, performing specific tasks\nRequirements:\n * a current Skillcard including safety qualification\n * able to work with copper pipework solder and press fit\n * steel barrel including using a threading machine\n * install pipework to a drawing or instructions from a supervisor\nCompany van and Fuel card provided.\nFares – congestion charge and parking paid.\nWorking hours: 08:00 to 16:30 with half an hour for lunch.\nFour-week Holiday plus bank holidays rising to 25 days commencing on the 1 January after three years’ service.\n10% Pension.\nExcellent rates of pay to suit experience and skill set.\nSalary to be agreed subject to experience.\nImmediate start available.\nPlease apply with your CV and one of our consultants will be in touch to discuss the role
