Role Overview\nWe are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to support a large student accommodation project starting in June in Leeds city centre, with further projects to follow across Leeds. This is a permanent, site-based role offering the opportunity to manage on-site delivery on a major project within a collaborative and supportive team environment.\n\nRoles and Responsibilities\n\n * Overseeing mechanical works on a large-scale site to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget\n\n * Managing site teams and subcontractors to maintain productivity and quality standards\n\n * Coordinating mechanical installations including HVAC, pipework, and plant systems\n\n * Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and procedures\n\n * Liaising with project teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery\n\n * Monitoring site progress and addressing any issues as they arise\n\nSkills and Qualifications Required\n\n * Strong mechanical background, including HVAC, pipework, and plant systems\n\n * Valid SSSTS/SMSTS certification\n\n * Proven experience managing large-scale projects as a Mechanical or M&E Site Manager\n\n * Strong leadership and organisational skills\n\n * Ability to manage site operations and workforce effectively\n\n * Commitment to health and safety and quality standards\n\n * Based within or able to work in Leeds\n\nIf you would like more information about this contract opportunity, please apply or send your CV, and we will be in touch with further details
