Job Description

Mechanical Site Manager\n\nWe’re partnering with a respected M&E contractor who is looking for an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to support the delivery of a high-volume rollout project , exposure to a fast-paced environment, and the chance to step into broader project management responsibilities. Flexibility to travel will be required.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n * \n\n Oversee daily site operations, ensuring mechanical works are completed safely, on time, and to specification\n\n * \n\n Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and other trades to maintain smooth sequencing and workflow\n\n * \n\n Track progress against programme and report regularly to the Project Director\n\n * \n\n Uphold all health & safety standards and company policies on site\n\n * \n\n Keep accurate records, including reports, site diaries, and toolbox talks\n\n * \n\n Lead site inductions and daily briefings for teams and subcontractors\n\n * \n\n Assist with procurement and material deliveries to site\n\n * \n\n Act as the link between the site team, client, and head office\n\nRequirements\n\n * \n\n Previous experience as a Mechanical Site Manager within the M&E sector\n\n * \n\n Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, pipework, and plumbing installations\n\n * \n\n Experience on fit-out projects is highly desirable\n\n * \n\n SMSTS, CSCS, Asbestos Awareness and First Aid certifications\n\n * \n\n Strong communication and organisational skills\n\n * \n\n Proven ability to lead, coordinate, and motivate site teams and subcontractors
