Mechanical SIte Manager, Cambridge.\n\nThe Role\n\nOur client is looking for a Mechanical Site Manager to join their ever-growing team.\n\nThey pride themselves on strong customer retention and long-standing client relationships, which has enabled rapid growth into a well-respected M&E contractor covering multiple markets. Their management team have hands-on industry experience and have progressed through the ranks to become core members of the business.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSite Management\n\n * \n\n Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other trades.\n\n * \n\n Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.\n\n * \n\n Monitor site progress and provide updates to senior management and/or customer contacts.\n\nProject Coordination\n\n * \n\n Liaise with design teams to resolve technical issues.\n\n * \n\n Review mechanical drawings and specifications.\n\n * \n\n Assist with planning and scheduling mechanical works.\n\n * \n\n Manage procurement and delivery of mechanical materials and equipment.\n\nQuality Assurance\n\n * \n\n Conduct inspections and maintain quality control of mechanical installations.\n\n * \n\n Maintain site records including daily/weekly logs, inspection reports, and progress updates.\n\n * \n\n Ensure all work is delivered in line with relevant standards and codes.\n\nTeam Leadership\n\n * \n\n Lead and motivate site teams.\n\n * \n\n Conduct toolbox talks and site inductions.\n\n * \n\n Support training and development of junior staff.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n\n * \n\n Proven experience in mechanical site management within construction environments.\n\n * \n\n Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and installation practices.\n\n * \n\n Familiarity with construction health & safety regulations.\n\n * \n\n CSCS card or equivalent (SSSTS ).\n\n * \n\n Excellent communication and leadership skills.\n\n * \n\n Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.\n\nBenefits\n\n * \n\n 25 days holiday plus bank holidays\n\n * \n\n Excellent salary & benefits package\n\n * \n\n Company pension scheme\n\n * \n\n On-site parking\n\n * \n\n Sick pay\n\n * \n\n Company events\n\n * \n\n Private healthcare (after 6 months)\n\n * \n\n Company van
