Job Title: Mechanical Site Manager\nLocation: Coventry\nSalary: £50K - £55K + Package\n\nThe Role:\n\n * \n\n Manage day-to-day site operations for mechanical building services projects from commencement through to final handover.\n\n * \n\n Ensure site works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.\n\n * \n\n Take responsibility for site health & safety, workforce coordination, quality assurance, and client satisfaction.\n\n * \n\n Act as the main point of contact on site for clients, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders.\n\n * \n\n Supervise and coordinate site teams, including Supervisors, operatives, and subcontractors.\n\n * \n\n Oversee delivery of materials, plant, and equipment to ensure efficient progress.\n\n * \n\n Monitor compliance with project contract terms, company procedures, and statutory H&S requirements.\n\n * \n\n Track site progress against programme, highlight risks, and implement corrective actions where required.\n\n * \n\n Support the Project Manager with financial reporting, variations, and progress applications.\n\n * \n\n Ensure high installation quality, carry out inspections, and assist with commissioning and final handover.\n\nThe Company:\n\n * \n\n Well-established mechanical building services contractor with a strong track record across the commercial, healthcare, education, and retail sectors.\n\n * \n\n Delivers projects safely, on time, and to the highest standards.\n\n * \n\n Strong focus on long-term client relationships, innovation, and maintaining a first-class health & safety culture.\n\nThe Ideal Candidate:\n\n * \n\n Relevant mechanical services qualification.\n\n * \n\n 5+ years’ experience in a mechanical site management or supervisory role within building services contracting.\n\n * \n\n Proven ability to manage site delivery of large-scale mechanical installations.\n\n * \n\n SMSTS Qualification.\n\n * \n\n Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach.\n\n * \n\n Excellent communication, organisational, and client-facing abilities.\n\nWhat You’ll Get:\n\n * \n\n £50K - £55K Per Annum\n\n * \n\n Vehicle or Vehicle Allowance\n\n * \n\n 25 days holiday + bank holidays.\n\n * \n\n Career development and progression opportunities.\n\n * \n\n Company Pension Scheme\n\nProcess:\n\n * \n\n Apply for the job.\n\n * \n\n We will call you to discuss the role.\n\n * \n\n If suitable and you agree, we will submit your CV for consideration.\n\n * \n\n If the client is interested, you will be invited for an interview.\n\n * \n\n If successful, you will be offered the position
