Mechanical Site Manager

Location: Reading

I'm seeking a Mechanical Site Manager for a growing Mechanical Contractor based in Hampshire who has built a great reputation over the last few years. They are searching for a Mechanical Supervisor / Site Manager with residential / apartment project experience to manage the mechanical works which is worth £3M.

Responsibilities and requirements

• Conduct weekly supervisor H&S site walks
• Conduct toolbox talks every week
• Understand and be able to work to a program and report delays.
• Ensuring the installation is carried out in accordance with the client's requirements, scope of works, drawings, and quality.
• Coordination of labour and subcontractors
• Record and manage VOs
• Test sheets filed out

Previous Experience and qualification

• Trained as a plumber / pipefitter
• SSSTS
• Successful track record as a Site Manager of a residential project upwards of £1 million M&E.
