CBW is currently looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial building. The successful candidate will be mechanically biased (NVQ, C&G) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working with the maintenance team on-site, He or she will be required to carry out Plumbing, mechanical, and fabric maintenance to the following.Duties & Responsibilities:Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast, Control panel, Power distribution)Emergency lightingAir Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)Chillers - ResetWater Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)Plumbing - Unblocking toiletsPumps, motorsWater TreatmentBMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readingsHours of work / Rate / contract details4 on 4 off shift pattern10 am - 10 pmImmediate start£27p/h - ( paid via umbrella )RequirementsMechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3 etcMust be able to provide copies of your trade certificatesDBS certificate ( if you don't have a DBS you will be required to complete one prior to start )A proven track record in commercial building maintenanceGood communication skillsClient FacingImmediately available or able to start at short noticeIf you are interested please email your CV toor contact to Cammie at CBW Staffing Solutions for more information.TPBN1_UKTJ
