You will be part of a top-gun team and work with the brightest and best of British engineers.\n\nYou will like\n\nThe Mechanical Safety Engineer job itself for a Mechanical Engineer in the Product Safety department at the Uxbridge site. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety of aerospace product portfolios through investigations resulting in corrective and proactive continuous improvement of designs and processes. \n\nThis includes generating design concepts in line with regulatory and customer requirements and in line with the engineering specification, including associated international and military standards as well as company requirements.
It also requires the production of commercially viable product definition information (PDI) including 3D models, detail, and assembly engineering drawings.\n\nEffective workload planning, of technical calculations and corresponding reports, design reviews and presentations is also required to support the development of the design.
