Mechanical Project Manager (Commercial Projects)
£60,000 – £70,000 DOE
Southampton HQ and jons in a 1.5hr radius
I’m looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager with a background in commercial projects who’s ready to step into a role offering both progression and long-term stability.
In this position, you’ll take full ownership of mechanical services delivery across a range of commercial projects. You’ll manage engineers, subcontractors, and site teams, oversee budgets and project schedules, ensure materials and procurement are in place, and maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders.

The Role:

Lead mechanical delivery on commercial projects

Manage engineers, subcontractors, and site teams

Oversee budgets, timelines, and procurement

Conduct site inspections and produce progress reports

Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships

Work with design teams to ensure compliance and buildability

Strong understanding of mechanical building services, installation, and commissioning

Relevant mechanical engineering qualification
