Job DescriptionMechanical Project Manager – South East £65,000 + Company Vehicle / Car Allowance + Benefits South East | Bedford, Welwyn Garden City, Milton Keynes, Luton, Chesham & Slough Permanent | Full-Time We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a growing mechanical contractor delivering high-quality new build projects across the South East. This is a great opportunity for an experienced PM looking to take ownership of exciting projects across residential, care homes and commercial developments, typically valued between £500k–£3m. ⭐ The Package * £65,000 salary DOE * Company vehicle or car allowance * Company phone & computer * Private healthcare * Contributory pension * Excellent career progression * ️ Ongoing training & development * ️ High-profile new build projects The Role * Manage mechanical packages from pre-construction through to completion. * Oversee installation, testing and commissioning. * Manage subcontractors, engineers and supply chain partners. * Control budgets, resources, programme and quality. * Liaise with clients, consultants and main contractors. * Chair site meetings and technical reviews. * Manage project documentation, reporting and commercial processes. * Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. About You You’ll ideally have 5+ years' experience managing mechanical services on new build projects, with strong knowledge of: * Heating, hot & cold water and ventilation * Heat pumps / renewable technologies * Mechanical drawings and design * Building Regulations & CDM * JCT / Design & Build contracts SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and NVQ Plumbing & Heating are desirable. A full UK driving licence is essential
