Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to become a part of our team! You will be required to perform a variety of engineering tasks, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase operation efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation and operation of various mechanical systems
• Strong Knowledge in reading and interpreting plans and specifications  
• Managing and coordinating subcontractors and suppliers to meet schedule deadlines 
• Develop and presenting bids and change orders proposals
• Identify technologies to improve operational
• Document design narratives & engineering analysis

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in mechanical Projects with value ranging from 2 million to 20 million dollars (
• Previously worked on projects with the State, City or Federal government Examples of agency's SCA, DEP, DASNY, NYCHA
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
