Mechanical Project Manager – Permanent Position\n Leeds\n £65,000 + Package\n\nA leading M&E contractor based in Leeds is looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their growing team.\n\nThe role will involve delivering large-scale commercial, education, and healthcare projects, with project values ranging into the multi-million-pound sector.\n\nThe Role:\n\n * Managing mechanical projects from pre-construction through to handover\n\n * Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers\n\n * Managing programmes, budgets, and project delivery\n\n * Attending client and site meetings\n\n * Ensuring health & safety and quality standards are maintained\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Previous experience as a Mechanical Project Manager\n\n * Strong background delivering large commercial projects\n\n * Experience within education and healthcare sectors \n\n * Good understanding of HVAC and mechanical building services\n\n * SMSTS\n\n * CSCS Card\n\n * Relevant mechanical qualifications (NVQ/HNC/HND or equivalent)\n\nPackage:\n\n * £65,000 salary\n\n * Company package included\n\n * Permanent position\n\n * Career progression opportunities\n\n * Established and growing contractor
