Visiting Mechanical Project Manager (Plumbing Bias)

Sussex & Surrey

£60,000–£70,000 + package / £300–£350 per day

We’re representing a respected high-end residential contractor delivering bespoke refurbishments, extensions, and new-build homes across Sussex and Surrey.

They’re looking for a Visiting Mechanical Project Manager with a strong plumbing and heating background to oversee mechanical works across multiple sites.

Role Overview:

Manage plumbing and mechanical packages on luxury residential projects

*

Oversee self-delivered and subcontracted works

*

Ensure quality, compliance, and programme delivery

*

Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and clients

*

Lead testing, commissioning, and handover

About You:

*

8+ years’ experience in mechanical or plumbing project management

*

Background in high-end or bespoke residential builds

*

Strong technical knowledge of plumbing and heating systems

*

Excellent organisation and communication skills

*

Full UK driving licence (covering Sussex & Surrey)
