Mechanical Project Manager\n\nLocation: Leeds, UK\nJob Type: Full-time/Permanent\nSalary: £65,000 - £70,000 + £5000 Car Allowance\n\nOperating for over 45 years, we provide complete Mechanical and Electrical services across all sectors of the construction industry including Industrial, Logistics, Food, Pharmaceutical, Data Centre, Mining, Healthcare, Commercial, Hotel & Leisure, High-End Residential, Public, and Energy.\n\nFrom design stage to installation and ongoing maintenance of facilities, our valued and highly skilled workforce deliver efficient, reliable, and best-in-class service.\n\nA Deloitte Best Managed Company Award winner for eight years running, we pride ourselves on being a full building services solutions provider and have successfully delivered multiple large-scale projects in Ireland, the UK, and mainland Europe.\n\nJob Description\n\n * Attend project start-up meetings and manage all mechanical aspects, delivering the project on time and within budget.\n\n * Familiarise yourself with all details and specifications of the project.\n\n * Collate technical submittals, ensuring they are issued and followed through until approval.\n\n * Manage labour tracker.\n\n * Maintain progress report weekly, reporting and managing any changes/variations.\n\n * Liaise with main contractors and the client-based site team.\n\n * Oversee coordination and delivery of project plant and equipment.\n\n * Ensure adequate materials are always available to complete the project.\n\n * Ensure construction and commissioning programmes are in place for the job and implement the commission plan on site.\n\n * Manage the handover process and maintain the document management system.\n\n * Project-specific scheduling.\n\n * Attend meetings as required with subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery.\n\n * Attend general site meetings and action any points raised.\n\n * Communicate any innovative project-specific works to Contracts Manager (R&D).\n\nQualifications\n\n * Extensive experience in a Mechanical Project Manager or similar role\n\n * Successful track record of delivering large-scale projects\n\n * Qualification in Construction/Project Management is \n\n * Experience of supervising teams\n\nAdditional Information\n\nHaving an inclusive and flexible culture helps the business continue to grow as a strong, dynamic, and innovative organisation.\n\nAs well as being supported and encouraged to develop your career, we also offer the following:\n\n * Competitive salary\n\n * Professional development support\n\n * Employee Assistance Program\n\n * Health and wellness programs
