About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead the delivery of mechanical building services fit-out projects across London. This role focuses exclusively on fit-out works, including high-end commercial and office spaces. You will be responsible for managing all mechanical aspects from design coordination through to commissioning and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee the full project lifecycle of mechanical fit-out works (HVAC, ventilation, public health, and associated systems)

* Plan, programme, and manage resources to ensure successful project delivery

* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams on-site

* Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents, resolving design or installation issues as required

* Ensure all works comply with health & safety regulations, QA procedures, and building control standards

* Lead progress meetings and provide clear updates to senior management and clients

* Manage commissioning, testing, and handover of mechanical systems within fit-out environments

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager or Mechanical Package Manager delivering fit-out projects

* Strong background in mechanical building services installations within commercial fit-out environments

* Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills

* Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and schedules

* In-depth understanding of industry standards, regulations, and best practices

* CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid qualifications desirable
