Mechanical Project Manager\nSheffield – Retail Projects\nSalary up to £65,000 plus car allowance\n\nWe are working with a leading Building Services Contractor based in Sheffield who are looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Project Manager. This is a permanent role, managing mechanical building services installations on a range of retail projects across the UK.\n\nThe company is well established in the market and delivers M&E services to a variety of high-profile clients. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to join their team.\n\nKey responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Oversee the delivery of mechanical building services projects from inception to completion\n\n * \n\n Manage labour, materials, and sub-contractors to ensure works are delivered on time and within budget\n\n * \n\n Work closely with clients and consultants to maintain strong relationships\n\n * \n\n Ensure all work is carried out to the highest safety and quality standards\n\n * \n\n Regularly report on project progress to senior management\n\nCandidate requirements:\n\n * \n\n Previous experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within building services contracting\n\n * \n\n Strong knowledge of HVAC and general mechanical systems\n\n * \n\n Experience managing retail projects is highly desirable\n\n * \n\n Excellent commercial awareness and client-facing skills\n\n * \n\n Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously\n\nThe company will offer a salary of up to £65,000 plus car allowance, along with a supportive working environment and the opportunity to deliver projects for well-known retail clients.\n\nTo apply, please do so through CV Library.
