Mechanical Project Manager\nLocation: London\nSalary: Up to £85,000 + Benefits\n\nAbout the Role\nWe are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead high-value projects in London. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of large-scale developments and deliver outstanding results within the commercial, industrial, and high-end residential sectors.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nOversee the full project lifecycle from inception to completion\n\nProcurement of site materials and plant hire\n\nPrepare and deliver project reports and validation reports\n\nCoordinate with all trades on site to ensure smooth progress\n\nLiaise with the main contractor's management team in a professional, helpful, and pro-active manner\n\nLead site management activities, ensuring compliance with all company and industry standards\n\nManage cost and variation reporting to the CM/QS\n\nAttend site co-ordination and progress meetings with clients\n\nCarry out benchmarking to maintain quality standards\n\nTake full responsibility for Health & Safety management on site\n\nMaintain induction records, PPE registers, and training matrix records\n\nPrepare and review method statements, risk assessments, and COSHH assessments\n\nDeliver Tool Box Talks and daily site inspections\n\nRequirements\n\nProven experience in commercial, industrial, or high-end residential projects\n\nStrong track record managing projects valued at £20M+\n\nExcellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills\n\nAbility to drive projects forward with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency\n\nWhat's on Offer\n\nCompetitive salary up to £85,000\n\nCareer progression with a leading organisation\n\nExposure to prestigious, large-scale projects in London\n\nFor more information, please contact Mitchell Rogers on (phone number removed)\n\n--- Fusion People are committed to promoting equal opportunities to people regardless of , , , belief, , sexuality or .
