Mechanical Project Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical project Manager to oversee the mechanical installation on a commercial project, with a specific focus on delivering high standards of site coordination, health & safety compliance, and subcontractor management.



Key Responsibilities:



Manage and coordinate all on-site Mechanical subcontractors, including:

Pipefitters

Air Conditioning Engineers

Duct fitters

Medical Gas

Plumbers

Conduct site inductions for all mechanical operatives.

Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations at all times.

Liaise directly with the Main Contractor, maintaining clear communication and collaboration.

Monitor and drive progress on mechanical works to meet project timelines.

Quality control checks and problem-solving during installation phases.

Essential Requirements:



Valid SMSTS certificate

Valid CSCS card

Previous experience working on medical or healthcare-related projects.

Proven track record managing Mechanical trades onsite.

Strong communication and organisational skills

Contract Details:



Duration: 2-3 months

Day rate - £300-£340 - CIS

Project Type: Commercial, with medical elements

Hours: Full-time site-based role

Location: Dudley
