Mechanical Project Manager / Mechanical Contract Manager required to join an M&E (mechanical & electrical) installation company
The Mechanical Project Manager / Mechanical Contract Manager will be responsible for the delivery and project management of M&E (mechanical & electrical) projects, from inception to completion.
Working on a hybrid basis with site visits and the office based near Exeter. The company are looking for someone who shows a desire to progress and move up the company ladder to a potential director’s role.
The Mechanical Project Manager / Mechanical Contract Manager will ideally have experience managing M&E projects, ideally in the commercial, educational and retail sectors.

The Mechanical Project Manager / Project Manager / Mechanical Contract Manager role:
- Responsible for the successful delivery of wide-ranging projects, from design to completion, for mechanical systems such as Air Conditioning Systems, Ventilation, Chillers and chilled water systems, Boilers, heaters and water heaters, also renewable technologies like ground and air source heat pumps and solar panels.

- Management of project schedule, technical submittals and cost control reports
- Maintain communication, lead meetings with clients and sub-contractors
- Coordinate with site teams, Contractors, organise labour

- Hybrid role with site visits (office near Exeter)
Requirements:
- \n
- M&E (mechanical & electrical) background
- Ideally in the commercial, educational and retail sectors.
- Previous experience as a Project Manager or Contracts manager
- Project management experience
- Gas safe Registration \n
- Commutable to the office near Exeter.
