Compensation:
- APM: Competitive based on experience
- PM: $100K$130K base
- Sr. PM: $120K$150K base

Position Overview:
Were hiring for multiple levels of Mechanical Project Management professionals (Assistant PM, PM, and Senior PM) to lead high-profile HVAC/mechanical projects from preconstruction through closeout. Candidates will oversee scheduling, budgeting, procurement, team leadership, and client relations across multiple concurrent projectsranging from $15M to $70M.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee business, technical, and logistical aspects of mechanical construction projects
- Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and on-site progress
- Supervise and mentor APMs, PEs, and field leadership
- Act as primary liaison with project stakeholders including owners, consultants, and trade partners
- Identify and manage scope changes, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and documentation standards are met
- Monitor productivity and ensure team alignment to project milestones
- Support recruiting, team building, and development of internal talent
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in mechanical/HVAC project management (APM level); 510+ for PM/Sr. PM
- Experience in large-scale multifamily, student housing, assisted living, or commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of ductwork, VRF/VRV systems, mechanical room installs, and DX/copper piping
- Proven experience managing field teams and office coordination
- Tech-savvy with project management and estimating tools (Oracle, Accubid, Microsoft Office)
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Must be willing to travel to job sites 24 days per month (expenses covered)
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Local candidates ; relocation support is available
