Key Responsibilities



*



Lead the mechanical aspect of M&E projects from tender through to completion and handover.



*



Ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.



*



Work closely with Senior Project Managers and Project Directors, providing progress updates and managing risk.



*



Oversee subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to drive project success.



*



Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth and success of the wider project team.



*



Maintain strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental requirements.



Skills & Experience



*



A solid background in mechanical engineering with experience leading M&E projects valued between £3M–£8M.



*



Proven track record of managing projects through all phases—from pre-construction to handover.



*



Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive performance.



*



Organised, proactive, and commercially aware, with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
