They currently have a requirement for a Mechanical Project Manager with Commercial Project experience, projects range up to about £8 million and include Retail, CAT A and B Commercial Fit outs, Healthcare Leisure and Hotels.



As a business they have a very low turn over of staff and pride themselves on offering a friendly working environment, promotion prospects and a good work/life balance.



About You:



* You will currently be working as a Mechanically biased Project Manager with experience delivering Commercial Projects.



* The company head office is based in North Surrey so you will need to be based in and around the Surrey/South East area.



* You will have experience managing Mechanical projects in the £5-£8 million range, taking full project ownership for Mechanical Services in a client facing position.



* As a business they are looking for someone who wants to join the business and progress with them, you will need to have a stable career history.



* A Full UK driving licence is essential
