Mechanical Project Manager

We are currently recruiting on behalf of an M&E client for a Mechanical Project Manager to work on a new build commercial project in Cambridge.



Role overview:

You will be responsible for overseeing mechanical installations on a new build commercial development, ensuring the project runs smoothly, on schedule and within budget. The role requires a strong mechanical background and experience in new build commercial environments. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable company in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.



Key Requirements:

• Strong mechanical background with proven project management experience

• Experience working on new build commercial projects

• Ability to manage contractors, timelines, budgets and compliance

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• SSSTS or SMSTS certification
