Key Responsibilities

Lead the mechanical delivery of M&E projects from tender through to completion and final handover.



*



Ensure works are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Collaborate with Senior Project Managers and Project Directors, reporting on progress and escalating risks where necessary.



*



Manage subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to optimise project performance.



*



Mentor junior project team members and contribute to overall project delivery success.



*



Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across all project phases.



Skills & Experience Required



*



Strong background in mechanical engineering with proven experience managing M&E projects valued between £3M–£8M.



*



Demonstrated ability to lead projects throughout the full lifecycle—from pre-construction to final handover.



*



Skilled in managing multidisciplinary teams and engaging with diverse stakeholders.



*



Self-motivated, organised, and capable of driving results while supporting team objectives.
