Mechanical Project Manager – London based projects\n\nPerm - £90K + Package\n\nLondon based projects.\n\nIdeal Experience – Plant Replacement / Boiler / Chiller / Heat Pump experience\n\nRole: Manage all aspects of mechanical services projects. Ensure projects meet standards, deadlines, and customer expectations.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * General Management:\n\n * Lead and support project operations.\n\n * Develop and implement company policies.\n\n * Customer Service:\n\n * Maintain high customer service standards.\n\n * Foster relationships with existing and new clients.\n\n * Standards Compliance:\n\n * Ensure all installations comply with relevant standards and legislation.\n\n * Collaborate with support departments as needed.\n\n * Operations Management:\n\n * Plan, allocate, and monitor project tasks.\n\n * Oversee material procurement and subcontractor management.\n\n * Ensure project delivery aligns with timelines and standards.\n\n * Commercial Oversight:\n\n * Monitor project costs and progress.\n\n * Prepare and present final accounts.\n\n * Administration:\n\n * Maintain accurate project files and administrative systems.\n\n * Ensure timely communication and coordination within the business.\n\n * Personnel Management:\n\n * Clearly communicate performance expectations.\n\n * Ensure health and safety standards are met.\n\n * Business Development:\n\n * Maintain and grow client relationships.\n\n * Report on workload and identify business opportunities.\n\nSkills Required:\n\n * Mechanical Qualification\n\n * Strong communication and leadership\n\n * Analytical and business planning skills\n\n * Positive attitude aligned with company values
