Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager\n\nSalary: £65,000 to £75,000 plus package\n\nLocation: Croydon and London\n\nOverview:\n\nWe are seeking a skilled Project Manager with a mechanical bias, ideally from the HVAC industry. You will manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery while exceeding client expectations.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nLead, manage, and develop project opportunities from start to finish.\n\nSupport the sales process through solution development and client presentations.\n\nEnsure financial targets are met, overseeing P&L and commercial viability.\n\nEngage with stakeholders, including clients and sub-contractors, to define scopes of work.\n\nEnsure compliance with CDM regulations, health & safety policies, and company standards.\n\nManage project documentation, financials, and reporting to the Head of Projects.\n\nQualifications & Skills:\n\nStrong HVAC project management background with mechanical expertise.\n\nProven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.\n\nCompetency in CDM regulations, health & safety, and quality management.\n\nAbility to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.\n\nMandatory Training:\n\nCSCS Managers Card, Asbestos Awareness, First Aid, IOSH Managing Safety, and more as required.\n\nIf this could be of interest, please drop me an email at (url removed) or call me at (phone number removed)\n\nJack Lintern\n\nDelivery Lead | TDA Telecoms
