An exciting opportunity has arisen for a diligent and motivated Mechanical Project Manager to lead various building projects. The successful candidate will possess the ability to oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation within the Property industry.

Description
Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
Review projects in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
Analyse, manage and mitigate risks
Meet contractual conditions of performance
Provide internal reporting and projections for inventory
Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetProfile
A successful Mechanical Project Manager should have:
Proven working experience in construction project management
Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
Competent in conflict and crisis management
Excellent time and project management skills
BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related fieldJob Offer
