Location: Birmingham (with occasional travel to other cities)\nSector: Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Research\n\nOn behalf of our client—a well-established and growing mechanical contractor—we are seeking skilled and motivated professionals to join their expanding team in Birmingham.\n\nAbout the Role:\nDue to continued business growth, our client is looking to appoint experienced individuals to manage and support multiple high-profile projects across the commercial and healthcare sectors. These roles are primarily office-based in Birmingham, with regular site visits as required. Projects typically range in value from £500k to £6m and offer exposure to a variety of sectors including healthcare, education, commercial, and research.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nIdeal candidates will demonstrate:\n\n * \n\n Strong technical expertise relevant to the role\n\n * \n\n Experience managing the full project lifecycle – including procurement, technical submittals, RFIs, construction, commissioning, and handover\n\n * \n\n The capability to oversee multiple concurrent projects\n\n * \n\n Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills\n\n * \n\n A drive for continuous professional development and long-term career growth\n\nAdditional Requirements:\n\n * \n\n A full UK driving license is essential due to the need for site travel
