The Opportunity\n\nWe are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Project Manager to join a leading MEP contractor on a long-term residential development based in Bow. This is a permanent opportunity with a well-established contractor that is part of a larger group with an annual turnover of approximately £70 million.\n\nThis role is ideal for a driven individual looking to develop a long-term career with a forward-thinking business. You will play a key role in managing and delivering a high-quality mechanical installation on a major residential scheme from start to finish.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Manage the full mechanical package on-site including planning, installation, and commissioning\n\n * \n\n Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met\n\n * \n\n Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations\n\n * \n\n Monitor progress against project timelines and budgets\n\n * \n\n Lead and coordinate subcontractors and site operatives\n\n * \n\n Maintain accurate documentation and reporting\n\nRequirements\n\n * \n\n Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager, ideally on residential or mixed-use developments\n\n * \n\n Strong technical background in building services/mechanical systems\n\n * \n\n Excellent organisational and communication skills\n\n * \n\n Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure\n\n * \n\n SMSTS or equivalent safety certification \n\nWhat’s On Offer\n\n * \n\n Competitive salary of £70,000 – £80,000\n\n * \n\n Excellent benefits package\n\n * \n\n Opportunity for career growth within a stable, expanding contractor\n\n * \n\n Supportive leadership team and structured project pipeline
