Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager\n\nLocation: Suffolk and surrounding areas\n\nThe Role\n\nWe are recruiting for a Mechanical Project Manager to join a growing M&E contractor delivering new-build projects across multiple sectors. This role suits someone technically strong who is ready to take ownership of projects and develop into a more senior position over time.\n\nYou will be responsible for managing mechanical packages from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.\n\nProject Sectors\n\n * Commercial\n\n * Education\n\n * Healthcare (including hospitals)\n\n * Leisure\n\n * Industrial\n\n * Residential / Accommodation\n\n * Power & infrastructure-related projects\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Manage mechanical works on new-build projects from start to finish\n\n * Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers\n\n * Oversee programme delivery and ensure milestones are met\n\n * Manage quality control and commissioning of mechanical systems\n\n * Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations\n\n * Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams\n\n * Monitor costs and assist with variations and commercial control\n\n * Report project progress to senior management\n\nCandidate Profile\n\nThis is not a senior-level role.
