We are currently working with a leading MEP contractor who are looking to appoint a Senior Project Engineer (Mechanical) to join their team on a major Hospital project based in Keighley.\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role on a high-value building services project, supporting delivery from engineering through to handover, while working within a well-established and forward-thinking business.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs a Senior Project Engineer, you will support the delivery of mechanical building services packages, ensuring works are engineered to specification, delivered safely and aligned with programme and commercial objectives.\n\nKey responsibilities will include:\n\nSupporting the safe and efficient delivery of mechanical installations on site\n\nParticipating in pre-construction and planning activities to drive programme and cost efficiencies\n\nReviewing project scope to ensure full understanding of client requirements\n\nIdentifying project risks and opportunities, implementing mitigation strategies\n\nEnsuring engineering solutions are delivered in line with commercial and financial targets\n\nProviding accurate progress updates to the Project Manager and commercial team\n\nManaging subcontractors and specialist packages where required\n\nSupporting and leading junior team members on site\n\nBuilding strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders\n\nSupporting project close-out, commissioning and handover\n\nRequirements\n\nProven experience in a Senior Engineer / Project Engineer role within an MEP contractor environment\n\nStrong mechanical bias with experience delivering building services installations\n\nTrack record working on medium to large-scale construction projects\n\nGood understanding of programme delivery, commercial awareness and coordination\n\nRelevant mechanical qualifications (NVQ / HNC / HND / Degree)\n\nAbility to obtain security clearance\n\nPackage\n\nCompetitive salary (DOE)\n\nCar or car allowance\n\nPension (up to 8% employer contribution)\n\nPrivate medical insurance\n\nFlexible benefits package (including dental, gym, travel, etc.)\n\nEmployee assistance programme (24/7 support)\n\nPersonal development and progression opportunities\n\nAdditional support for working away from home including £1450 p/m living allowance & 10% salary increase
