Your Role:

• Lead on commercial management across water treatment projects

• Represent the business in monthly client reviews and contract discussions

• Manage subcontractor documentation, payments, and performance reviews

• Drive cost control, forecasting, and contract compliance

• Support project teams with variations, cash flow, and change control

What You'll Bring:

• Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying

• 3+ years' experience in medium-to-large infrastructure or utilities projects

• Proven ability to manage budgets and contract variations

• Strong commercial and contractual awareness

• Excellent organisational and communication skills
