£55,000 - £65,000 per annum plus £5,000 car allowance

The Role



We are working with an expanding M&E contracting business looking for a mechanical project engineer to deliver projects up to £10m mechanically.



You will be working closely with the main contractor and end client.



The company self-deliver most of the work, use specialist subcontractors, and price work subcontractors on packages.



You will report directly to the senior contracts manager.



Sectors include:



Retail, education and commercial building services. There are plenty of framework agreements and long-standing relationships with large builders.



Skills, Attributes and Qualifications:



- HNC or HND in Building Services of benefit



- Must have a time-served apprenticeship mechanical apprenticeship if not holding the above



- Strong time management skills



- Strong people skills



- Strong commercial skills



The role will suit somebody hungry to progress with an ever-expanding order book of strong and stable clients
