Summary:
This role is responsible for operating, maintaining, and making minor adjustments to high-speed production equipment to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime in a manufacturing environment. The position requires troubleshooting mechanical issues, conducting routine maintenance, and collaborating with production and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations. Compliance with safety, food safety, and regulatory standards is essential, along with accurate documentation of production and equipment performance. Additionally, the role supports continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and implementing process enhancements.

Job Requirements:

• Operate and monitor high-speed production equipment, performing minor mechanical adjustments.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to resolve issues and enhance efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and operational standards.

Job Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in Manufacturing, preferably in high-speed packaging.
• High school diploma or GED; technical training in industrial mechanics is a plus.
• Basic mechanical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and proficiency with hand tools.
