Mechanical Operations Manager

C.Neo Ltd are working with a local Mechanical & Electrical Building Services Company to recruit an expereinced Mechanical Operations Manager in Fareham, Hampshire



The ideal Mechanical Operations Manager will need to have worked within a similar role and qualified in Heating & Ventilation ideally.



The overall duties of the Mechanical Operations Manager are as follows



* Responsible for managing team dynamics ensuring the efficient and effective deliver of Mechanical services to meet customer requirements



* Performance Management – be responsible for the management and development of team members



* Plan and organise the work of and be accountable for those posts that the role is responsible for



* Ensure work is scheduled in advance for all operatives within the team, ensuring the most effective and efficient methods are used to maximise delivery



* Responsible for the tracking and development of our apprenticeships and seeing them through to qualification and sign off



* Effective Cost Management of works



* Liaising with finance and admin to notify completion of works to invoice



* Review WIP to then update finance



* Estimating of Mechanical small works



* Assisting in site surveys



* Attend site meetings and site surveys for Mechanical projects



* Deliver and gain information to pass on to the Project Managers for project costs



* Manage multiple projects within the budgeted cost and to the satisfaction of the client



* Plan a project scheduling of work and resources to ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget
